Two Perspectives of a Designer Looking at a Product-1
'Rounded Edges of a Product'
As product designers or aspiring designers, we need the ability to observe products in detail with a special perspective that goes beyond the ordinary.
First, let's look at the round edge 'R-value' of the product in detail through various case images, and we'll learn how to express it.
Apply various 'R-values' to boxes and cylinders and draw various products using them.

Two Perspectives of a Designer Looking at a Product-2
'Parting lines of a Product'
We're going to learn about the 'parting line' which is the line that forms where two surfaces of a product meet in detail. And then we'll learn about how to distinguish it by looking at various case products and how to express it.
We'll also take a closer look at the four different important types of parting lines and apply them to some products.

Arrows & Captions
'Effective communication'
Let's learn about arrows and explanatory text used in sketches. The arrows and descriptive text not only make our sketch easier for others to understand but also make the sketch appear more convincing and concrete.
Practice the arrow shapes and handwriting that are often used in sketches, and apply them to the product.

Let's do a 'C+R+P' Product Sketch

Let's sketch products, applying the essentials of product sketching.

We are going to do a final sketch using all the courses we've learned so far.

At the end of the course(8-3), you can leave a comment. Take a picture of your best sketch that you've ever practiced and attach it.
I'll review your sketches. And if there are any mistakes, I will correct them and give some feedback.
